On April 16, 2008 the NC-Delta chapter of SAE was recognized as the best overall fraternity on the UNCW campus and awarded the Bradley Cup. The 20 brothers who attended the ceremony accepted this prestigious award in front of an audience of 200 students and faculty.
UNCW created the Bradley Cup in 1997 to recognize one fraternity who excelled in, scholarship, philanthropy, membership and campus activity. That same year our chapter only had 10 members and was forced by the National office to be placed under Alumni Board control. Starting in 1998 NC-Delta submitted for the Bradley Cup award each and every year with no success.
Hats off to our undergraduate brothers for staying the course and never giving up. We are the best, and now everyone knows it!
